Refund Policy

General Refund Conditions

  • The applicants are responsible to visit the Kavy Skyline Tourism Guidance Services website to access the Refund Policy.
  • The Service Fee and or Value-Added Services Fees may be refundable subject to the terms herein and provided that the Applicant has paid for the Services and or Value-Added Services. The Applicant may request a Refund only in accordance with the Refund Eligibility Criteria.
  • The Refund Policy shall be governed by the applicable local laws in the country where the Services are being provided to the Applicant.
  • Refunds of Service Fees and Value-Added Services Fees will only be considered where the Applicant complies with the Refund Eligibility Criteria. If the Applicant fails to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, Kavy Skyline Tourism Guidance Services shall have the right in its sole discretion to decline the request for a Refund.
  • Kavy Skyline Tourism Guidance Services may process the Applicant’s Refund Request as soon as reasonably practicable. Response times may vary depending on the mode of payment and reasons for a refund request for the Service Fees or Value-Added Services Fee. Kavy Skyline Tourism Guidance Services may notify the Applicant of the outcome of the request in accordance with the timelines set out in the Refund Processing Timelines.

Refund Processing Timeline

A Refund of Service Fees or Value-Added Services Fee may be processed within fifteen (15) working days from the date of notifying the Applicant of the refund decision.
